Graphic items are not displayed properly?

Symptoms: Simple graphic elements, text types, or icons do not appear as they should, but are replaced by text.

Example: The icon (image) of the menu in courses is not displayed, but is replaced by the text "menu".

Cause and solution

Some navigation elements, text types and graphics in Didac trains are loaded from external servers. If traffic to these servers is blocked by e.g. firewall settings, network components, antivirus or the like, these items will not be displayed properly.

Solution: Make sure traffic to the following websites / servers is allowed. and that no active policies in Windows block font downloads:

• * .googleapis.com
• * .gstatic.com
• * .bootstrapcdn.com
• * .fonts.net

If you do not know how to check if the traffic to / from these servers is allowed on your network, please contact your IT manager.

Note! Traffic blockage applies in most cases only to corporate internal networks. If in doubt, try to reach the same page from your smartphone with WIFI turned off.
