"I know I have entered the correct username and password, but I still can not log in!"
If you are certain you have entered the correct logon name and password, the denied entry may be due to:
- Your have not turned on support of cookies in your browser. Usually, you are allowed to change this setting yourself. If not, please contact your IT-department.
- Your account may be deactivated. Please contact your IT-department to clarify and resolve this.
How to turn on or off cookie support:
For customers with Single-Sign-On (SSO)
If your company/organisation uses Single-Sign-On, there are usually two options for the login to fail. Either the user has not been created / there is an error in the user details or there is a duplicate of the user that has been archived.
Contact your administrator to clarify this.
"I can not remember my user name or password!"
If you can not remember Your logon name or password, there is a link to help you recover your account directly from the login-page. Please note that the recovery procedure requires that there is a valid e-mail or phone related to your account.
